Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied with your Codeage purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place the apparel in its original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our quality team inspects the items.
